How do the wake-up missions work?
PushClock ensures you get out of bed by requiring you to complete a physical or mental challenge to turn off the alarm. Depending on your settings, you might have to do pushups, solve math problems, or get out of bed to take a picture of a specific object (like your bathroom sink).
Does the camera record me while doing pushups?
No! Your privacy is our top priority. We use Apple's on-device Vision framework to track your body movements (for pushups) or classify objects. No video frames, images, or personal data ever leave your device or get sent to our servers.
Can I just delete the app to stop the alarm?
While we can't stop you from deleting the app, PushClock has an optional "App Blocking" feature that can lock down your phone to prevent you from doomscrolling or bypassing the alarm until your mission is complete.
What's the difference between Free and Pro?
The free tier allows you to set up basic alarms and test out the core missions. Upgrading to Pro unlocks unlimited daily alarms, advanced mission types, and full access to our strict anti-snooze features.
How do I report a bug or request a feature?

The alarm didn't ring!
- Ensure you have granted Notifications permission in Settings.
- Make sure your phone's volume is turned up.
- For the most reliable experience, leave the app open on your nightstand before you go to sleep.
Camera missions aren't registering?
- Ensure you have granted Camera access in Settings.
- For pushups, make sure your full upper body is visible in the camera frame.
- Ensure the room is well-lit so the AI can track your movements.
